There are fundamentally two ways to approach the reduction of obesity.

i) The first is to cut down food intake by eating slowly. You should have only one big meal a day, and you must make sure that the rest of the meals are considerably small, liquids preferably.

ii) The second is to understand the citric acid cycle and incorporate it into your food like vinegar, cider, and sour fermented pickles.


In the modern world and society, fatigue has become a serious health issue. This includes both physical and mental fatigue. In physical fatigue, you always feel tired to perform many physical activities. You tend to feel like you do not have enough energy. You will also feel sluggish to exercise and to go and interact with the outside world. In mental fatigue, you feel depressed and mentally tired. You tend to become bipolar. In one moment, you feel the need to be aggressive, and in another, you feel apologetic and remorseful.


The percentage of physical and mental fatigue is very high in modern society. Around 20 to 25% of people suffer from it. It has become a part of our lives, and people have started to treat it like normal. The truth is, it is far from normal. Ideally, we should work for 8 hours, enjoy 8 hours of recreational time and rest for another 8 hours.

To combat fatigue, there are two approaches:

i) A replacement approach and

ii) A regenerative approach



In the replacement approach, people consume hormones or some stimulant to stimulate their bodies. The drawback to this approach is that your body eventually starts to depend on these stimulants to get through the day, to perform regular mundane activities. Using hormone stimulants or drugs to boost your vitality has to be stopped. You should never follow or practice this.
